Despatch Times
In normal circumstances, your purchase will be despatched within 48 hours of cleared payment by Royal Mail. If any item is out of stock, we aim to deliver this within 14 days. You will be advised of this. If for some reason we cannot fulfill this order, we will ask you if you would like to wait or have a refund on the item. You have the right to cancel this item at any stage until despatch.
Delivery Time Guide
UK Postal areas: approx 1-5 working days from date of posting.
Overseas: Approx 3-10 working days from date of posting.
Customs Duties
Customs may open any parcels at their discretion. The buyer is responsible to pay any duties if required. This applies to Non European and a few European countries.
Returns
We are happy to accept all items subject to any of the following conditions.
- The item is faulty
- The item is damaged on receipt
- The item has not been removed from the heat sealed pack.
Unfortunately, due to Health & Safety Reasons, items that are worn in piercings and are not broken/faulty/incorrect but have been removed from the heat sealed package, may NOT be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your postage costs will be refunded on faulty/damaged and incorrect items only.
If you wish to return any item, you must notify us within 10 working days of receipt. All claims must be made in writing either by email or letter. Claims made after this period of time or without notifying us and obtaining a returns number will not be accepted.
We recommend that you use a signed for delivery service. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the items return and to ensure that they arrive back with us in good condition.
When we receive the items back, we will either replace these items as soon as possible or issue a refund for the relevant amount.
